Virus I can't get rid of

[Annoying virus]

My virus scan picked up on a virus called
W32/Holar.gen@MM in my C drive.
C:WINDOWS/system32/explore.exe. This viurs won't delete
and it refuses to be cleaned. Any suggestions would be
greatly appreciated.
