Hi,

I an no longer able to open any virtual tours from
internet explorer. (example. When I go to a realestete
web site to look at a home. it will not let me open up
the virtual tour to view the inside.) can you help?

In order to view all of the features of some virtual tours, you may need to download and install some browser plug-ins. Browser plug-ins are small pieces of software that are added to your Web browser to extend its' capabilities to display graphics, animations, sound, video and panoramic images. The four most commonly used plug-ins in virtual tours are Quicktime, Flash, RealPlayer and IPIX.
