virtual memory error (please help..)

i keep getting the following error : "Your system is low
on virtual memory. Windows is increasing the size of your
virtual memory paging file. During this process, memory
requests for some applications may be denied. "
..I don't have the Aventail vpn installed , and my current
vm bounds are set to : Initial - 384 and max - 768. the
current allocated page size is 564.
Im also getting error message about a program called
ClientMan , which i have know idea what is it...

Maybe "ClientMan" has a bug in it. Does the problem
occur when ClientMan is not running?
