Virtual Directory

I have a website that uses frontpage themes. I have been asked to create a
virtual directory under this website for an employee. If the employee is
working in the Virtual Directory is therer any way files from the parent
website can be scewed up? If he applys a theme is it going to mess with the
parent website theme?

FP doesn't see virtual directories, make it a subweb / subsite.

I did make it a sub web through front page. But is far as Frontpage is
concerned is it completely seperate from the parent website?
