virtiule memery low

any time i try to start any thing on my desk top i get a
black screen the only thing that works is aol it said
virtule memory is low and nothing will start up what do i
do or were do i go to get it fixed

Nick, A couple of questions you need to answer before a

solution can be found. 1st What size Hard drive are you
using? 2nd How much memory (RAM) do you have? and 3rd
what sort of computer do you have eg Pentium ??????
Graphics Card etc.
With these questions answered a better idea of what you
have can determine what steps to take to fix your problem
