I am having a problem with Media Player 9 series. I know
the player itself works and plays all the proper file
types if I manually select a file and play it. The
problem is in Internet explorer. If I click on a video
clip (.wmv), I just get the blank screen and when I close
internet explorer I find the program is not responding
and I have to manually end the task. I have updated
audio and video drivers and reinstalled media player and
played around with resolution, etc. but no luck. I have
also reset the Intenet explorer programs defaults and
cleared the temporary intenet files. any other
suggestions?
