viewing video and pictures

Whether trying to view from email or blogs, all I get is a blank page with a
little square with diffrent colors in it, in the upper right cornner. Never
had this before, just recently what happened? How can I fix this?

What changed?
What did you install?
Any new applications?
Any new hardware?
What operating system?
What service pack is that operating system?
What type of video files (real player, avi, mp4, mpg, mkv, mov, etc and so
on...)?
 
This is tough, I'm not sure what changed. I had some trouble with a blog and
hard time getting help.When I did and got back on I couldn't watch same
videos I had watched before. Also,about that time my modem went out took it
in and they said they had to change me to the administrator in it, as I was
administrator on my pc. The only things I can think we've downloaded lately,
is some games through Facebook. I have windows xp . As for the rest of info
you need, can you explain a little more? I'm new at all this and comp.
illiterate. I'd have to go back and try to see what type videos-whatever was
sent in my email or, on the blogs.
