It sounds petty, but how do you change the numbers for the size statistic to
have commas? For example, my Windows Explorer currently views the sizes of
files as 12345 KB instead of 12,345 KB. I like to organize my files and it
gets a little confusing with long string of numbers. How can I fix this?

Control Panel > Region and Language Options > Customize button > third
item from the top.

You can't change this. There are no commas on an abacus board.
on down to computers.
