viewing presentation

I have a client who is using 2 displays on his workstation. When trying to
view a powerpoint presentation, the presentation will split between the 2
displays and will not allow him to view. He has tried to drag the
presentation to one display but that doesn't work. Any suggestions?

What version of Windows? What version of PowerPoint? Has he set his Display
settings for dual monitors with an extended desktop? What monitor has he
selected in PowerPoint in Slide Show > Set Up Show?

I think the workstation has been configured in multi-monitor span mode. It
needs to be reconfigured to true multi-monitor mode. Look at
