Viewing pictures as thumbnails in Explorer

I don't know if it's because I installed Adobe Photoshop 8.0 or Service Pack
2, but I can't see any files as thumbnails anymore. All I see is the filename
and the program associated with it.
 
I know this might sound silly but have you tried clicking 'view' then
'thumbnails' ?
