viewing past internet activity

Hi
Could you please tell me if and how I can view all past internet activity on my pc as my daughter uses the pc and I like to know where she has been. Also is it possible to delete all internet activity, so as to not leave traces of where you have been on the internet

Hit the "history" icon in IE. If its not there, customize IE's explorer bar by right-clicking on it. Go to internet options and there is a button that deletes IE history.

Check out your index.dat files,I doubt that she knows
about or has deleted these.These files keep a log of
every website the computer has been to, cleaning the
Temp. internet files does nothing to these. You will need
to do some reading, here are some links for you.
