My OS is XP Pro and using IE6. My problem is viewing MSN Support pages. When the page loads it load with such large letters that you can not read the page, no matter what size you set the viewing fonts to. All other pages are fine - it is just Microsoft pages like Support and Office Update.

Can anyone explain to me why this occurs and give a suggestion as to how to fix??

This happens sometimes when you have accessibility options activated, for
example Magnifier.
Open Internet Explorer and go to the Tools menu, then choose Internet Options.
Click the Accessibility button.

There are two entries:
"Ignore font style on web pages" and
"Ignore font size on web pages".
Try changing these settings (put a check there if there isn't one now, or remove
the check if there is one).
Try the site again.

Hope it helps.

Kaylene aka Taurarian:

Thank you that information corrected the problem. I now can observe to "whole page". All I had to do was check the ignore font size boxes. You are my new HERO!!

Thanks again,

Pat

I have encountered the same problem with my recently-installed XP Pro, also with IE6. Some web pages are huge, while others work fine. Did you receive any response to your post
