I am unable to view the above file types. When saving a
picture by right clicking and selecting the save picture
option, I have only two file types available. art and
bitmap. Some pictures I can save and insert into
documents and other ones come up as no preview
available. Can anyone help with this situation.

Hi,

Probably means your Temporary Internet Files are full. Control
Panel/Internet Options/Genreal tab, click on "delete files".

Hi Debi,

This problem occurs if the Temporary Internet Files are full. Clear the
temporary internet files.

1. Start Internet Explorer
2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
3. Click the General tab.
4. Under Temporary Internet files, click Delete Files.
5. When you are prompted to delete all temporary Internet files, click OK.

For "No Preview Available" error:

If the images were downloaded using AOL, turn off image compression in AOL
and re-download the pics again.

if you havent got a graphics prog then you should get
one , when you first set it up it asks you which file
types you want to use then you open pictures intoit and
save them from there.
you can get free graphics progs from serif.
paintshop pro has gif , jpg and png optimisers to compress
or save transparencies.
