Viewing all contents of a Task

If I have a Task open, where is the menu item which would allow me to view
the contents of all the task fields as a list.

For messages, there is an All Fields tab (All Contact Fields), but when you
are looking at an open Task, there does not appear to be a way to view all
the task contents.

Thank you for the feedback.

A better way to do this would be to look at a table view of your Tasks
folder, such as By Category, then use the Field Chooser and choose "All Task
Fields" to see the full list of fields available. Of course, even if you add
one of the fields to your table view and that field is not included in the
standard task form, the information in that field won't show up when you open
the task -- you'd have to go back to the table view.

Thank you for the feedback.

What is nice about the All Fields tab of a Contact is that in the All
Contact Fields view, you see a property list of the field and the value of
the field.

For a Task, the problem with choosing the full list of available fields is
that you are not able to transpose the result so you see it as a property
list of two columns - the field name and the value of the field for a given
task record. Moreover, when you are done examinging the full field view, you
have to switch the view back to whatever view you usually look at the data
with. I was hoping there was an All Field tab somewhere like the Contact
entity has which is easy to use.

Sorry, but the Contact form is the only standard Outlook form that has the
All Fields tab -- perhaps because there are so many Contact fields compared
to other item types. It might be possible to add an All Fields tab to a
custom task form, but I don't know for sure. You might check here:

Yes, easily, just by setting that page to be visible.
