viewing additional previous documents

hi, when i click file ,,i can veiw only 4 previous documents. How can i
increase to view additional documents. (i think 9 is max, if i remember
correctly) But dont remember how i did that. thanks for helping
 
In Word 2003 and earlier, Tools | Options | General (the maximum is 9). In
Word 2007, Office Button | Word Options | Advanced: Display (the maximum is
50).
