view the formula

All the sudden I view the formulas in the bar in a relativley to othe
cells
=IF(R[-7]C[1]<R[-7]C[7],R[-7]C[1]*0.11,R[-7]C[7]*0.11)

I dont know how to switch to a normal view.

Please advise.
