View Source doesn't work

I have IE 6.0 SP1 on Windows ME 4.90.3000 and I cannot
view the source of any web pages. That is, when I right-
click any page, then select "View Source" from the popup,
nothing happens. Is there a setting governing this? Thanks.

Hi,

1. Clear the IE cache. IE> Tools> Options> General> Delete files (and delete
offline content.) It's often recommended that the TIF folder be kept at
40-50 MB. Bigger isn't necessarily better.

2. If you have a shortcut to Notepad.exe on the desktop, rename it.

Is notepad.exe undamaged and installed to the proper directory?
