"View Some Examples" on Add Network Place" does not show any examples

The "View Some Examples" link on my Windows XP Pro "Add Network Place Wizard" no longer functions, i.e., it will not display any examples.

The link appears on the "What is the address of this network place" dialogue page, and does not function whether or not I enter an address in the "Internet or network address" window on that page

The link worked until recently; the only change I have made that might have caused this was the installation of TweakUI, but there's nothing obvious in the TweakUI settings that is related.

Any ideas? Is there a way to uninstall and then reinstall the "Add Network Place Wizard" itself (only)? Haven't found any way to do so, but it seems like a good troubleshooting approach
