I uploaded a PowerPoint presentation to Virtual Office.
The Presentation opens on some computers and gives a page
can not be displayed error on other computers. Any
suggestions?

The other computers must have PowerPoint or the Viewer installed. Do they? It
may seem as if the presentation is displayed in IE, but IE is not that smart.
It needs PowerPoint to do the job.

Alternatively you can save your presentation to a Web Page and upload it.
PowerPoint generates HTML that IE *can* display.

Thanks for the message. All computers have Powerpoint
installed. I still can't view the presentations. Thanks!

Stacey,

Who hosts your Virtual Office? Is it an internal one or is it done via
someone like Grove?

Another thought: What happens if the people who can't open it try to
download it instead of opening it? (right click and save....)
