view password list in vista and office 7

I have lost my email password and want to know if Windows vista maintains a
password list
 
This, of course, is not the right answer for this problem. :)

Vista does have a password list somewhere - this utility can recover
outtlook's and others http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/mailpv.html
