Can you help me, I become crazy. Usually, in the From/recived/subject or sent
etc... I view the sender name, date, and below I have the message displayed.

I some of my folders, I get "received" with a + sign in front, date and
that's all, even if I sent it. And below nothing appears.

I went to View, it seems my Current view is the same, can you tell me what
to do to get the same view? I lost some emails I sent last week, it makes it
hard to retrieve them.

Thanks

did you try resetting the view? it sounds like you are using a collapsed
group by view and if the view is called Messages, resetting it should fix
it.

Thanks, but how do I reset it? I am not going to lose anything, right?

You'll won't lose anything except changes made to the current view.

Open the custom or customize menu - it's at views, current view, custom.

Sorry, maybe I answered a bit too fast. Yes, it solved the problem, just I
had to do it for every folder... andit comes back to the previous view. I did
outlook.exe /clearviews, which I think was not a good idea. How to keep the
ungouping permanently?
Thanks
