View Objects: IE Settings Question

There is an "object" that I am unable to remove. It is a Surfer Network
Plugin that is apparently "damaged". The size is 0KB and when I click the
properties button, the dependent file (the file needed in order for the
plug-in to run) is "damaged".

How do I fix this??? I cannot delete the plug-in even after reboot.

First eliminate any spyware.

CMD
In the command window type
