View forms indipendent from access

My group and I are tyring to view forms created for Access 2003 wihtout
displaying or atleast minimizing access in the background. We know we can
restrict functions etc, however we would like it to run without access. Any
other ways to do this, obivously programming in VB.net, what about explorer,
standalone, something easily? Thanks
