Three different types of "backup".
1. AutoSave, which does not backup, but overwrites the file at preset
intervals.
2. AutoRecovery, which saves a backup at preset intervals, but dumps that
backup if Excel and file close without incident.'
3. "Always create backup" in the File>Save As>Tools>Options section which
will save a backup as an *.XLK file when you save the file.
With the exception of AutoSave, none of these will be of any help with
recovering the data you lost when you clicked "No" to save these changes.
