View as web page does not display"

I have lost the "view as a web page" feature and line in
the "View" portion of my folders. How can I get it back?
This is especiall true in the Recycle Bin. Thanks

The option doesn't exist in XP home. Replacing the info column that
"view as web page" used, is the blue "common task" pane. To turn it on,
go to Folder Options in control panel. On the General page, mark off
"Show common tasks in folders."

You can also keep a "Folders" button on your standard toolbar that will
toggle back and forth between the classic view and the common task pane.
If that button is not presently on your toolbar, right click on it and
choose Customize. Select "Folders" from the list of available toolbar
additons.
