View any file in binary / hex format

Is there any way to view a file in binary / hex format with Windows XP Home
or any of it's accessories. How about Word or Excel? If not please
recommend a good, safe freeware program. I don't need to modify the binary /
hex file, just view it.
 
Do a Google search for hex file viewer and check out all the free ones.
Download and try.
