Video Playing

I'm not sure this is the correct place to post this but, when I try to run
a video in ninemsn it goes off to look for it but never comes back. I have
Zone Alarm security and also CA virus protector. I have looked to see what I
might have to change but cannot figure it out. Would appreciate help if
anyone knows. Thank You
 
What is ninemsn ......Either way,try R.clicking on the video,select "save
as" save
to desktop,open the file there instead...Also,in WMP,open tools,options,on
the
first page make sure the box is checked "connect to the internet"....
