Video files

Ive gotten a couple video files that are suppose to work find but they
do not run on my machine, WinXPSP2, with any program I try. One
error messages says its an unknow codec.

These are .mpg files and one .avi. I know there are codec sites but
might there be a couple likely ones that might work.

Try the VLC media player, plays just about everything, the price is right,
and it doesn't report back to anyone..
