Since no-one replied to my last query on this matter I have done a little
more digging.
I have tracked the problem down to C2UDFF.SYS in my
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32|DRIVERS directory.
I renamed this file and system works fine.
It identifies itself as coming from CeQuadrat. I assume it is tied up with
UDF
Anyone know what package would have installed it and the best way to
uninstall it, I expect there are a number of other things that the package
installed that I dont want in my system.
