My Video contoller hasn't been installed and i'm getting eratic scrolling. Would this be the cause and how would i seek to install this device. Apparently has to be VGA compatible!

It will produce a html page with the characteristics of your system.
Under display you will learn which video card you have.
Then go to the manufacturer's web page and download the drivers
corresponding to this card.
Did you get a CD with drivers when you got your machine? Look in that
CD or any media you may have received with it. It could contain
drivers for sound, video, modem , etc.
You could also contact the vendor.
