Regardless of what the others advise you, (Belarc Advisor...) it can not be
determined if Windows does not recognize it. You are going to have to pull
it and read the markings.

You would only be able to figure out the make/model of the video card if
Windows recognises it and/or a proper driver for it is installed. Otherwise
you will have to physically examine the card.

be determined if Windows does not recognize it. You are going to have to
pull it and read the markings.
