Video Blanks Out

Hi all I am still a newbie and need help with an Issue I cam across.

Environment:

Windows 2000 Server SP4
P4 2.4Ghz
700+ MB of Ram
Intergrated ATI Video
Intergrated NIC and Audio
High Point RocketRAID 1640 SATA Card
Two SATA Maxtor 80GB HD's

Problem:
I have conntected the SATA Card with No problems along with the hd's, the
bios on the card works fine, boots up normal, I have gotten to install
Windows 2000 Server, BUT once the server starts up and I enter the user and
pw it is fine but after like 5 minutes the screen blacks out. This does not
happen in SAFE MODE only in Normal boot up. I was thinking that it had
something to do with IRQ and Sharing of IRQ but it still is doing the black
out. I could use some help PLEASE,

I am still waiting on a reply back from the manufacture of the card.
 
Mine does that periodically Windows 2000 Advanced Server SP2. I jump out of my skin when it happens and it doesn't even last a second. Been doing this for years now.
