video and pictures

cant see any web based pictures anymore since i
reinstalled window and now cant see any video.
just get that x in the upper left hand corner.
 
Click on Tools on the top bar and on Internet options.
In the opening window, click on Advanced tab.
Scroll down the list to Multimedia and see if the following boxes are
checked:
Play video
Show pictures
Play animation
Play sound.
If not, check them.
