video and audio with msn6.1

I'm having trouble using video and audio with msn 6.1. When I try to do a video and/or audio conferencing I get a message that says device is being used or cannot be detected, check connections. When I test the microphone and camera everything is working fine.
 
I have the same trouble with MSN, Net meeting works fine.
Nero show time also thinks my DVD ROM is in use by another
application
