Via C3 and First boot blue screen

I recall some posts where people were complaining of getting a blue screen
error message during FBA
IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL
with FBA on a Via C3.

I am getting this now.
I had run my image FBA on the same brand of mother board several times. My
first guess maybe that its a bios setting issue.
Anyone run into this?

For the record, my particular problem was a bad DDR RAM card.
