Somehow i've managed to disable my VGA driver, when i tried to reboot the computer it restarts automatically just before starting windows. Is there a way I can enable my standard VGA driver?

I've attempted to load windows in safe mode, however, just prior to loading it reboots itself. is there a dos prompt i can get into to enable the driver

Can you boot into Last Known Good Configuration? You get that from the
same menu as Safe Mode. If you can't, then try a Repair Install. Here's
