What is a good formula for tracking vested options under the following
schedule:

after 1st year, 1/4th vest. 1/48 vest monthly thereafter for full vesting
after 4 years.

Thanks!

Odd? Is (e-mail address removed) correct??

Some people post something like

cjmylastnameatdiscussionsdotmicrosoftdotcom

and expect that the address harvesters won't harvest the correct email
address.

Ok, try that email address now. Thanks.

I have a proprietary Excel program for tracking employee (and
consultant) stock options. It includes formulas for immediate and 1- to
5-year vesting, with and without 1-year and 6-month cliffs.

I'm not willing to share a formula in this public forum, but if you can
post some contact information I'll be happy to talk to you more privately.
