Very Disturbing Error !!!

I realy dont know how but now when i use : alt+ctrl+del
instead of appearing what should appear it appears only
the applications window !!!!!!!!!!

What should i do to repair this ????
and see the Windows Task Manager again fully when i press
that combination???

What "should" appear depends on your mode of logon... Classic or welcome
screen essentially. If you type in your username (or have a place to type
it in that is already filled in for you because it is remembering) - then
you log in with a classic logon and when you press CTRL+ALT+DEL you will get
a "Windows Security" window that includes a button for Task Manager. If you
use the Welcome screen, you will get a task manager.

If you are getting the first - you have switched how you logon and/or joined
a domain.

Press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC. Gives you what you are looking for..

Or switch back.
 
Dub click the boarder around the app window after you alt ctrl del and all
the views will come back.
