vertual memory low error

When I turn on my computer it runs a long time and after some time a flag pop up in right hand corner telling me that the minimun vertual memory low
How can I fix this problem please?

Simplest solution: Start> control panel> System> Advanced >performance>
Advanced> down the bottom: virtual memory - hit change> second radio button:
'system managed size'. Make sure the circle is filled. Hit set. Hit 'okay'.
Restart.
It should now be gone.

increase the value of the virtual memory...read in Help and Support...right
on your own PC...
 
i need help i very greek on this darn thing help tes and i get a run time error is coming on when i start the computer thank you
