vertical texbox in Access XP (2002)

I have a couple reports with vertical text that work fine in Access 2000,
but in Access XP the vertical text is not visible.

I've tried the vertical text in a database created in Access XP and have the
same problem, so it doesn't seem to be because I'm opening an Acc2K db in
AccXP.

Has anybody else seen this?

More importantly, does anyone know how to fix it?

I have had that with specific fonts atc. I found that
either changing the fonts or updating the printer driver
would resolve the problem.
