Vert Navigation Bar Font

What I've done is create a site with the Deep Blue Theme, then selected the
Vertical Navigation Bar from a theme called Arcs. How do I now change the
Font Size and color? Thanks...Ralph
 
Format Theme (select Arcs) Modify/Customize Graphics
- save as a new theme name (and use that new theme for your custom nav bar)

PS
Custom nav bars using other than the default theme will not work unless they are created under a server hosted site running the FP
