Versions not saving

When I Save a document version and enter comments the version does not appear
in the versions list. When my coworker does the same thing on her computer
the version saves and appears in the version list. Is there a setting that I
need to turn on to save document versions? This is Word 2003.

Trying to use document versions is a very bad idea. The feature is unreliable
and can cause total loss of the document. Use File/Save As to create "versions".
