Are there backward compatibility issues with Access 2002 and 2003 (i.e. I
should be able to open Access 2000 databases in 2002 and 2003, shouldn't I)?
If so, where can I learn more about them and work-arounds?

Both 2002 and 2003 CREATE databases in A2000 format by default, and
should work fine with 2000 databases. What specific problems are you
having?
