Verifying if a package has been installed

I have three boxes of XP and XP is installed on two PCs. How can I tell which
copy is installed on which computer so I can install the third on a new
system?
 
A Software/Hardware inventory tool, like Belarc Advisor can get
you the Product Key used on each PC. Best to keep some kind
of log or PCNotes type of file to log things like this.

Just to add to this, Robert it doesn't matter which CD you used (assuming
they are all of the same type). You can use one CD for all three. The only
thing that's different about the boxes is the product key.
