vCard Image Support

Can anyone confirm if vCard images are supported for Outlook 2003 and
Windows Contacts (Vista)? I have a ton of vCard contacts with profile
images in OS X and would like to import into Outlook.

I tried dragging them into Outlook 2003 and Windows Contacts but it
appears the (PHOTO;BASE64: blah blah)stuff gets stripped out on the
import.

The images are supported in Outlook 2007.

Maybe. Outlook 2007's vCard implementation does have some support for images, but whether the image from a vCard created from another application will appear in the right place when opened in Outlook is something I haven't seen confirmed one way or the other.
