VBA Help Files

Need to find out where I can download C:\Program
Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VBA\VEenU13.HLP they
are missing from Help menu entirely. TX JHAM
 
VEENUI3.HLP is an Excel 97 help file.

If I recommember properly, VBA Help files had to be downloaded from the 'net
when installing Office 97 under "Custom Install".

But may be on CD as Frank suggests.
