Vb script compilation error

when I open windows I get this message--which now does not
allow me to open any Word Doc files. Here is the message:
Windows Script Host
c:\WINNT\system32\explorer 5.vbs
line 5
char 22
syntax error
code 800A03EA
source: Microsoft VBScript compilation error

question how can I correct this error?

Most likely it is spyware.
