Is it possible to create a VB .net form that acts like windows desktop???
Allowing link icons and other forms

How can i do that, i'm a newbie

You can, hire a bunch of developpers, somewhat the same as is needed for
creating for Windows Vista and than start. The VB Net language is probably
able to do that, however the problem is not so simple.

Just my thought,
