Vb.net 2008 - Importing forms from other projects..

Greetings,

I was wondering what's the best method to import a form with code from one
project to another?

Typically I just copy n paste the controls and the code and ensure the
naming conventions are correct, a slow process and very susceptible to human
errors.

I thought I read about inherited forms from a .DLL file, I'm researching
this shortly.
