Hi....
Is there a way to use VB in Excel or Word to print a document but set some
of the printer settings to other than what the printer was last set to?
Rob

The Excel PrintOut method has a parameter for naming the printer to be used.
Check it out in Help.

Thanks Jim,
I don't have a problem with selecting the printer BUT, when someone else has
used and varied the printer settings, such as colour, quality, etc., and
later, I select the VB print button to print a specific workbook I created,
it prints using the last settings of the printer instead of how I want it to
print the workbook.
